Due to continued growth within our Southampton operation, we are seeking a motivated and commercially astute Auction Consultant to join our expanding team.

As an Auction Consultant, you will be responsible for generating auction instructions, managing client relationships, and driving property sales through our national auction platform. The role is consultative and target‑driven, negotiation, and business development capabilities.

• Generate new auction listings through proactive canvassing and lead follow‑up
• Build and maintain relationships with Branches, vendors, investors, and developers
• Manage the auction process from instruction to completion
• Work closely with branch colleagues to identify suitable auction stock
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal processes

We are looking for an ambitious and driven property professional with:

• Estate agency or property sales experience (auction experience desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
