Role OverviewOur Inside Sales Executives are pivotal to JLA’s growth. In a rapidly expanding business, we need individuals who act as trusted partners to our customers. This transactional telesales role authorises costs, schedules engineer visits, and contracts customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound sales calls using leads generated by our digital marketing team and develop your own pipeline of customers
- Manage new and existing customer accounts
- Develop sales opportunities together with field‑sales colleagues
- Meet or exceed dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre
- Confident and effective communicator
- Collaborative and positive outlook
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Outbound lead generation or telesales experience
- Transactional sales experience, closing or winning sales, preferably on the phone
- Customer‑centric phone‑based role experience
- Account‑management experience
- Ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- High motivation and self‑driven results focus
- Curious mind, interested in customers, markets, and business
- Ability to communicate with a varied range of people
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in a dynamic sales organisation
- Knowledge of JLA’s compliance offerings
- Experience in a commercially driven environment
