Car allowance and benefits package

• Field sales position selling high‑end manufactured range of door cylinders
• Sell into door fabricators and door installers
• Initially 75% new business development, 25% account management of an existing portfolio of door fabricator customers (becoming 50/50 over time)
• Dedicated field sales professional for the fabricator customer base nationally
• Existing customers vary in size from 10 to 1,000 cylinders per month
• Focus determined by applicant's existing experience and relationships
• Remote‑based role with option to work from West Midlands UK head office when needed

• Proven track record of winning and managing door fabricator or door installer customers
• Knowledge of door hardware required
• Specific experience with door cylinders advantageous but not essential
• Technology savvy
• Driven, tenacious and commission hungry
• Contacts within fabricator and installer customers preferred
• New business hunter
• Excellent attention to detail
