You’ve got around a year of B2B sales or recruitment experience. You know how to pick up the phone, build rapport, and win business - and now you’re ready for a role with more ownership, better progression, and proper earning potential?
We’re hiring a Business Development & Account Manager to join a Manchester-based team. This is a hybrid role combining new business development with account management - ideal if you want to move beyond pure cold outreach and start building long‑term client relationships.

You’ll take ownership of a sizeable client base while continuing to develop new relationships:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of ~200 accounts
- Developing long‑term relationships with agencies
- Generating new business through calls, emails, and relationship‑led outreach
- Attending client meetings and hospitality (lunches, coffees, drinks) when required
- Identifying opportunities to increase account value and retention
This is not a call‑centre role and not pure new business - it’s about becoming a trusted commercial partner.
What we’re looking for- 12+ months’ experience in B2B sales or recruitment
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships from scratch
- Commercially minded, organised, and motivated by progression
