- Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
- Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
- Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
- Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
- Degree educated OR
- 6 months + Experience in Recruitment
- OR Experience in Sales (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
- Financially driven, ambitious and resilient
