As a Sales Supervisor at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will primarily drive sales performance within your territory (80% of your time) while providing support to the Area Sales Manager (20%) in coaching, reporting, and execution of regional strategies. This hybrid role combines hands‑on selling with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to develop into a future management position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Execution (80%)
    Manage your assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories, including Next Generation Products (NGPs).
    Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners to maximize distribution and visibility.
    Identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with all legal and industry regulations.
    Execute trade activation plans and promotional activities in line with company guidelines.
  • Leadership & Support (20%)
    Assist the Area Sales Manager in coaching and supporting Sales Representatives, sharing best practices and providing feedback.
    Contribute to regional sales planning by sharing market insights and performance data.
    Help monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable recommendations.
    Support training initiatives and capability building within the team, particularly in NGPs.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within FMCG, tobacco, or NGP sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with data‑driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership potential.
  • Understanding of UK retail and wholesale channels and regulatory requirements.
  • Full UK Driving License.
