Leading UK Drinks Wholesaler (On-Trade Specialist)

Salary up to £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - OTE £70K+

Are you passionate about the on‑trade drinks industry and ready to take the next step in your career? I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced on‑trade Sales Manager to join a leading UK drinks wholesaler covering the North West.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop, lead and inspire a newly established sales team
• Drive sales growth across the North West region within the on‑trade
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Deliver commercial targets in a competitive, fast‑paced market
• Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement regional strategy

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in driving sales performance.

We're looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who brings:

• Proven experience in beer keg sales
• On‑trade drinks sales experience
• A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive sales environment
• Confidence in building long‑term customer relationships
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Highly advantageous:

• Previous sales management or team management experience
• Experience working for a drinks wholesaler

You’ll be energetic, relationship‑focused and passionate about the drinks industry, with the drive to build something new and make a real impact.
