Manchester (3 days on site, 2 days WFH)

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our Amazon Emerging Markets business across Europe, specifically covering Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Poland. These markets represent high-growth, developing Amazon countries where we have a significant opportunity to scale our Home & Personal Care categories.

Reporting into the Senior National Account Manager – Amazon, you will be the business owner for Amazon Emerging Markets, accountable for delivering the annual sales and profit plan across these countries. You’ll own the vendor relationship, lead negotiations and work cross-functionally to drive growth, profitability and execution excellence.

This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be close to the data, close to the detail and measured on delivery.

The Role

You will own and deliver the Amazon Emerging Markets business across Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Poland, with full responsibility for achieving annual sales and profit targets by brand and by country.

You’ll lead the day‑to‑day Amazon vendor relationship in each market, manage annual negotiations and develop strategies to participate effectively in Amazon programs across these growing European marketplaces.

You will:

  • Building and executing joint business plans to drive sustainable growth
  • Managing pricing, investment and promotional strategy in partnership with Finance and Trade Marketing
  • Identifying distribution and whitespace opportunities across developing EU marketplaces
  • Driving content excellence and performance marketing optimisation (SEO, A/B testing, conversion improvement)
  • Ensuring catalogue accuracy and strong in‑stock performance in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Owning reporting, analysis and insight‑to‑action across markets

You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, scaling the business while staying close to the detail.

Given the cross‑market complexity, you will balance central European strategy with local market nuance, ensuring plans are both scalable and locally relevant.

About You

Suitable candidates will have

  • 3+ years managing a significant 1P Amazon business
  • Clear ownership of €/$6m+ annual revenue
  • Proven experience leading European Amazon markets (essential)
  • Highly analytical and commercially astute

You are comfortable working across multiple EU geographies and understand their commercial and operational nuances.

Advanced Excel and BI capability is required; experience with CIQ is advantageous.

Additional European language skills (French, Dutch, Swedish, Polish or other EU languages) are highly desirable.

Most importantly, you bring an ownership mindset, accountable, decisive, commercially driven and execution focused.

This is a high‑visibility role with full ownership of a fast‑growing European Amazon business across Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Poland.

You’ll lead vendor negotiations, own the P&L and shape the expansion strategy for emerging markets, working directly with senior Amazon leadership.
