Service Sales Executive – Detection & Controls
Location:

About the Role
Dynamic role combining strategic sales growth and client relationship building in the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sectors. Expand our business footprint across the UK market.
What You Will Do
- Drive new service growth for Fire Detection and Controls, focusing on offshore and onshore equipment servicing.
- Grow share‑of‑wallet and cross‑sell additional products and services to existing and new customers.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
- Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline to meet installation order booking requirements.
- Drive sales performance using Salesforce.
- Contribute to growth initiatives in the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sectors.
- Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in field sales and relationship selling within Commercial Marine and/or Oil & Gas markets.
- Familiarity with or other CRM systems – training provided.
- Proven track record of selling technical service solutions.
- Ability to present technical and commercial information.
- Autonomous yet proactive team player.
- Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills.
- Proven record of achieving outstanding results.
