Account Executive, French Speaking

What you'd be doing:

• Leading end-to-end sales across a targeted territory of French-speaking prospects
• Building relationships and gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals
• Driving outbound prospecting and pipeline creation in greenfield accounts
• Representing Safety Culture at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure a great onboarding experience
• Maintaining accurate data and activity reporting in Salesforce

• Experience in a sales or commercial role, with a track record of hitting targets. SaaS or tech sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Native or professional fluency in French, with a solid understanding of business practices in French-speaking markets.
• Comfortable managing a pipeline, following a sales process, and keeping your stakeholders informed at every stage.
• A consultative approach, you listen well, ask the right questions, and can tailor your pitch to different buyers.
• A genuine relationship builder who creates trust quickly and can maintain strong, long-term connections with customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where things move quickly.
