We're excited to be recruiting for a Training Manager position on behalf of a fast‑growing luxury travel business with an international footprint. This key role focuses on delivering a high‑quality sales induction programme for new starters, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge, sales confidence and a customer mindset needed to succeed from day one.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will take ownership of a structured induction, support ongoing development across sales teams, and help shape a learning approach that can scale as the business continues to grow. This is a hands‑on role for someone with a natural ability to engage and develop others, and the confidence to work across multiple markets.
Qualifications- Strong travel industry background, ideally within cruise.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or training in a sales or product setting.
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills.
- Structured and collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
