We’re hiring Lead Generators to join a growing IT services provider supporting SMEs across the UK with essential technology solutions. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position focused on creating high-quality opportunities for the senior sales team.
You’ll be at the forefront of the sales process, engaging decision-makers, identifying business challenges, and opening conversations around IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Industry focusYou’ll work with SMEs across the UK, introducing a range of IT services including managed support, cloud solutions, connectivity, and cybersecurity. Your role is to help businesses recognise gaps in their current setup and connect them with solutions that improve performance, security, and scalability.
What you’ll be doing- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach
- Speaking with business owners and IT decision-makers to understand their current setup
- Identifying pain points around IT, security, and infrastructure
- Booking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects
- Working towards activity and opportunity-based targets
- Strong communicator with confidence speaking to decision-makers
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
- Motivated by earning potential and career progression
- Interest in technology and business solutions
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- £27,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic £8k–£12k OTE year one)
- Clear earning progression as you develop and hit targets
- Structured training in IT services and sales techniques
