• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
• Work towards targets while maintaining high service standards

• A graduate looking to begin a commercial career
• A non‑graduate with strong communication skills
• From retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people‑focused role
• Confident, organised, and relationship‑driven

• £27,000 base salary
