Responsibilities Maintaining contact with stores regular communication, support and building partnership-based relationships. Building long-term partnerships ensuring the stability and development of B2B relationships. Addressing day-to-day issues logistics, stock availability, complaints. Ensuring product display monitoring standards, availability and the quality of product presentation. Regular visits to Topps Tiles stores monitoring displays, discussions with staff, analysing needs. Staff training presenting the product range, providing technical support, developing sales skills.
Requirements Experience in sales to retail chains (B2B retail) and an understanding of the specifics of working with major partners. Negotiation skills combined with the ability to build lasting relationships. Knowledge of the principles of working with retail chains processes, standards, procedures.
