Location: Walkden
Lettings Negotiator – Walkden
Your Move is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for their branch in Walkden on a full-time, permanent basis. As a negotiator, you will register customers, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers while maximizing branch income through service cross‑sells.
The role requires a full UK Driving licence and is primarily office-based. Ideal candidates will have industry experience, although relevant transferrable skills in customer service and sales are also welcome. The position offers an OTE pay of circa £26,000 annually and various benefits including a pension scheme and career progression.
