Automotive Sales Executive

Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a family-run business based in Cheney Manor . Immediate Start Available Pay & Benefits: £12.71 per hour Competitive commission structure Commission backdated and paid after completion of 12 weeks! The Role:

Promote the companys services within a busy office environment Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries Handle customer queries professionally, providing clear and accurate information Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace

Experience:
