£30k - £32k base salary with £10k OTE, health coverage, share options, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

OverviewWe are recruiting for a Manchester scale‑up in the Legal Tech space. The company has an award‑winning SaaS solution that uses AI and machine learning to deliver time and cost savings for customers. It has doubled its revenues each year and has secured Series B funding.
Role:Sales Development Representative
The role involves researching potential sales opportunities and building a strong, consistent pipeline of high‑quality leads and meetings. You will book these meetings for the Account Executives to convert and close. You will utilize multiple routes to market, including calls, emails, social selling, Linked In, and qualify inbound opportunities.
Career PathIf successful, you can progress into an Account Executive position in year 2.
Qualifications- 6 months or more of outbound sales or recruitment experience
- Track record of success
- Comfortable generating leads via a multi‑channel approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
