What you’ll do day to day
  • Completing all administration paperwork for fleet department vehicle sales.
  • Running and updating daily stock reports.
  • Allocation of registrations, ordering leasing company packs and accessories.
  • Liaise with PDI centre to ensure vehicle preparation.
  • Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards.
  • Using in house spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Liaising with the sales and sales support teams regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
