Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) — Manchester (hybrid)

Play a key role in one of Manchester's fastest-growing, most successful SaaS businesses.

We're partnering with a standout Manchester AI/SaaS company that's scaling fast. They've grown to around 30 people and hit multi-million ARR in just a couple of years, with a genuinely differentiated product that's winning serious enterprise clients and showing no signs of slowing down.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious enterprise SDR to come in and play a central part in that growth, working closely with the leadership team, driving new business pipeline, and building a sales engine that's only going to get bigger from here. The trajectory of this business, and your career within it, is genuinely exciting.

What you'll do
  • Run a smart, multi-channel outbound motion (calls, personalised email, Linked In, video) into senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Research target accounts and write personalised, credible outreach with no generic mass templates.
  • Build and refine ICPs and target lists using a best-in-class stack (Apollo, Hub Spot, Clay, Sales Navigator) and AI tooling.
  • Book qualified meetings, progress real opportunities, and feed market insight back to the team.
  • Help shape the playbook as the commercial function scales.
What we're looking for
  • Around 2 to 5 years' outbound SDR/BDR experience in an enterprise or research-led motion, with a track record you can evidence.
  • An AI or SaaS sales background, comfortable with longer, higher-value, consultative cycles.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, brings ideas, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • A strong writer, fluent across calls, email and Linked In.
  • Driven, ambitious and genuinely excited to be part of something on a steep upward curve.

Nice to have: experience selling a complex or technical product into senior, regulated, or risk-conscious buyers; exposure to a sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPICED, Command of the Message); some marketing or demand-generation awareness.
