£26-36,000 basic salary (DOE)

EU Road Freight Forwarder - Requirements
 
2+ years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, account management, or a commercial role.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Additional European language skills are advantageous.
Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn and develop.
EU Road Freight Forwarder - Responsibilities   
 
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers and carriers.
Coordinate daily transport operations and shipment execution.
Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
Negotiate rates and manage transactional sales activities.
Monitor transport performance and provide proactive customer updates.
Support business reviews through data analysis and performance reporting.
Drive efficiency, profitability, and service improvements across customer supply chains.  About Us
