Joining this business as a Graduate Area Sales Executive will give you hands‑on experience managing a defined territory across the North West of England and North Wales, working with a broad customer base and building your commercial skillset from day one.
With structured development, ongoing support, and clear progression, this role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership including future progression into a Sales Director position.
The Role- Manage and develop relationships with Builders’ merchants, House builders, Roofing contractors, Developers, etc.
- Promote and sell a range of high‑quality roofing products
- Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Track activity and pipeline through CRM systems
- A recent graduate (or equivalent) with strong ambition to build a career in sales
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
No prior sales experience required — full training and development will be provided.
