Role Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will thrive in our fast‑paced environment. Your mission is to lead, coach, and drive our Sales Team to new heights, fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and lead the sales team, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to help each member reach full potential and meet targets.
- Provide regular feedback and unwavering support to elevate team performance, celebrate successes, and help tackle challenges.
- Maintain high colleague engagement, ensuring the team stays motivated and productive.
- Engage proactively with potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and driving outbound outreach to close deals.
- Demonstrate outstanding B2B sales leadership with a proven track record of enabling teams to deliver results.
- Mentor and communicate B2B sales processes to bring out the best in team members.
- Drive the team beyond target expectations, focusing on coaching and surpassing goals.
- Use analytical insight to dissect KPIs and lead continuous performance improvements.
- Employ Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage data and support sales activities.
- Bring an innovative mindset and a focus on results to a dynamic sales environment.
- Proven outbound sales experience, demonstrating ability to handle objections and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Strong track record in B2B sales with the ability to generate opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
- Hands‑on leadership style with a commitment to mentoring and coaching a high‑performing team.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data‑driven sales tactics.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Compensation: £43,768 per year (estimated)
