Location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ
Salary: £30,000 salary & £65,000 predicted first year OTE (Uncapped)

The RoleAs a Business Development Executive
, you’ll be the driving force behind PHMG’s growth.
Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.
Key Responsibilities- Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
- Identify key decision‑makers within target organisations.
- Make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
- Drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand.
£30,000 basic salary, rising to £35,000 after 3 months of hitting target.
Quarterly pay rises of £2,000 based on performance.
Uncapped commission – top performers earn £100,000+ annually.
Monthly team bonuses and daily/weekly cash incentives.
Profit share pay outs through our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
