What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and nurturing long-term investor relationships
    , guiding clients through every stage of their investment journey.
  • Handling high-quality inbound leads
    —no cold‑calling chaos, just real conversations with motivated investors.
  • Consulting on tailored investment strategies
    , helping clients grow and manage their portfolios.
  • Providing expert insights that position you as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson.
  • Working closely with a highly effective sales leader who supports you in structuring deals and maximising conversions.
  • Tracking progress and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborating with a driven, supportive team in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in property investment sales
    —consultant or senior level.
  • Confident communicator with a consultative, relationship‑led approach
    .
  • Proven ability to build credibility and close deals.
  • Experience working both phone‑based and face‑to‑face
    .
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and professional.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
