The Role As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities and introducing prospective customers to the platform. Working closely with Account Executives and senior sales leaders, you'll engage decision-makers across the UK and US, helping to drive the company's continued expansion. Using a mix of phone, email and Linked In outreach, you'll develop valuable commercial skills while building the foundations for a successful career in technology sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching target companies and key contacts Prospecting via phone, email and Linked In Building relationships with senior decision-makers Identifying business challenges and qualifying opportunities Booking product demonstrations for the sales team Collaborating with Account Executives to progress opportunities Attending training workshops and coaching sessions Building knowledge across SaaS, AI and professional services markets Career Development This business has an excellent track record of developing graduate talent.
Of the five graduates hired last year, three have already secured promotions into more senior roles. Successful SDRs can progress into Senior SDR positions within their first year, with greater responsibility, higher earning potential and salaries exceeding £30,000.
