My client, founded in 2018, is a leading recruitment consultancy firm specialising in their sector. With over 30,000 recruitment agencies in the UK, they’ve made their mark. They are on track for a profitable year and are looking for 3 superstars to join their team.

You’ll be paid commission for placing candidates and will be financially rewarded for interviews attended while learning the ropes. Upon hitting £70k revenue in a year, you’ll qualify for free financial advice from St. James’ Place. Achieving billing thresholds will grant extra holiday days. All‑expenses‑paid trips are included for target achievers—ski trips, Barcelona, Amsterdam and more. You’ll also have access to a subsidised gym membership and an extended lunch break.

Weekly 1:1 sessions with an on‑site trainer, continuous training resources, and close work with the Director will help you build experience.

• Basic salary of £26,000
• Average commission:
  Year 1 – £35,000, Year 2 – £50k‑£60k, Year 3 – £65k‑£80k (all uncapped)
• Regular social events, nights out and lunch clubs to integrate you into their culture
• Mentoring from the founder and an external trainer

• Educated to degree level or have relevant workplace experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven—hit targets and progress
• Confident, personable rather than robotic
