Position: Employee Benefits Growth Leader

What does the role entail?

  • Responsible for achieving annual EB sales targets.
  • Grow and lead a team of sales professionals including New Business and Client Managers.
  • Create a sales community across EB teams, improving sales capabilities, and maintaining best practice across all functions.
  • Work with proposition leads to drive upsell from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across Isio to identify referral and cross-sell opportunities, increasing average proposition and product penetration across EB.
  • Manage sales pipeline & reporting, ensuring consistency in CRM data and management.
  • Ensure sufficient pipeline coverage.
  • Build the Client Manager team to drive revenue upsell, high retention, and excellent relationships (NPS).
  • Work with marketing to drive sales collateral, marketing, and sales campaigns.
  • Coach and mentor junior talent to build a thriving sales engine with robust succession planning.
What we’re looking for?
  • Extensive experience working in the employee benefits industry in a growth role.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, track, and exceed financial targets in excess of £15m annually.
  • Successful background in scaling and building high‑performing growth teams within the EB industry.
  • Strong understanding of the human capital market ecosystem, including UK benefits, HR solutions, and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent commercial acumen – proven ability to drive revenue growth, make smart commercial decisions, and manage complex negotiations.
  • A data‑driven approach and experience ope rationalising sales functions.
  • Adept at communicating to senior stakeholders, both external and internal.
