Opportunity

This is a high-impact
, new business field sales role focused on growing rental revenue across the Southeast. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, winning competitor accounts, and establishing yourself as the first call for temporary temperature control solutions within your territory.

Success in this role comes from being out in the market, building relationships, uncovering opportunities and consistently bringing new customers into the business. This is not an account management role disguised as sales. It is a true hunter position for someone who thrives on winning.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Prospecting and winning new rental customers across sectors including manufacturing, food and beverage, storage and distribution, and HVAC contractors
  • Driving revenue growth through the hire of temperature control equipment and associated service solutions
  • Identifying competitor-held business and converting customers through a proactive, relationship-led sales approach
  • Developing and executing territory plans to increase market penetration and maximise rental opportunities
  • Growing wallet share within existing customers and uncovering new applications for temporary heating and cooling solutions
  • Building strong relationships with plant managers, facilities teams, contractors and decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Working closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure customers receive an exceptional service experience
  • Managing opportunities, quotations and customer activity through CRM systems to maintain a strong and healthy pipeline
What We Are Looking For
  • A proven field sales background within the hire and rental industry
    , ideally involving HVAC, temperature control, plant hire, equipment hire or specialist industrial solutions
  • A track record of generating your own opportunities and consistently winning new business
  • Experience selling rental solutions into industrial or commercial environments would be highly advantageous
  • A competitive, resilient and commercially driven mindset with a genuine passion for hunting and closing deals
  • Someone who enjoys being out with customers, opening doors and building a territory rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable operating with autonomy
What Is on Offer
  • Base salary of £45,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped quarterly commission with top performers regularly earning £18,000 to £20,000+ per quarter
