Our client is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, offering services to both large organisations and smaller businesses.
They have a fantastic career opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join their sales team based in Manchester.
As the Business Development Manager, your focus will be to identify Small Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses to target and sell our client's range of Umbrella and Accountancy services to them.
You will be cold calling, networking and carrying out email campaigns to generate leads and planning persuasive pitches to turn these into sales.
To succeed in this role, you will need solid experience in B2B phone-based sales, along with:
- An excellent telephone manner/background in a cold call phone-based environment
- Persuasive communication/rapport building skills and client facing experience
- Experience targeting new business through phone/email campaigns
- The motivation to achieve ambitious targets and push sales

Location:
Manchester
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 OTE £45,000
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week
