The opportunityAs a BDM, you'll own a protected territory and run the full 360° sales cycle — from cold outreach to close — selling our complete technology stack to SME and mid-market businesses. You'll have BDEs generating qualified appointments and a structure built for high performers.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting: Research your territory and run outbound campaigns to turn cold prospects into opportunities
- Consultative selling: Run discovery calls and face-to-face meetings; present tailored solutions that solve real business problems
- Closing deals: Navigate complex B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders and close through value
- Account growth: Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to build long-term strategic partnerships
Experienced BDM at an MSP or reseller
You're hitting target but your product set limits conversations, or your commission is capped. You want a business that matches your ambition.
SDR or BDE ready to go 360°
You're consistently booking great meetings and qualifying strong opportunities — but you're ready to own the full sales cycle.
B2B hunter from an adjacent sector
Financial services, SaaS, logistics — if you can prospect, qualify, and close, we can teach you the product.
What we're looking for- Proven B2B sales experience — complex or solution-based selling preferred
- A hunter mentality: energised by cold outreach, new accounts, and winning from scratch
- Resilience and autonomy — you take full ownership of your results
- Coachable with a growth mindset; telecoms, IT, or cyber security background a bonus
Phone screening with Talent Partner (20-30 mins)
Video interview with Sales Manager (45 mins-1 hour)
Final interview with Head of Sales / Director + prospecting / presentation exercise (1-1.5 hours)
