Fleet Account Manager

Location: Didsbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Group Fleet Department. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Manager who will play a key part in the Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales team, Corporate Customers and Leasing companies.

The Role:

Dealing with customer queries. Liaising withmanufacture on new and existing customer orders. Ongoing updating of the various ordering systems. Producing quotations for customers. Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders. Booking demonstration vehicles and deliveries. In this position exceptional interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Whilst knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.

The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally.
