We're looking for ambitious Business Sales Graduates to join a growing sales team in Manchester. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities and introduce businesses to professional consultancy and people-management software solutions that help them run their organisations more effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals
Booking appointments with business owners and decision makers
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets
Developing relationships with new and existing clients
What We're Looking For
Experience in telesales, door to door sales, outbound sales or lead generation
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential
Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision makers
A proactive, self-starter attitude
