Sales Development Representative — SaaS — £32,500 + £51,000 OTE — Manchester Hybrid

If you are an SDR who actually knows how to sell, who can hold a proper conversation, handle a brush off without blinking, and genuinely uncover pain rather than just pitch, this role was written for you. We are hiring for one of the UK's most established SaaS businesses in Manchester. Thousands of UK companies use their platform and the brand opens doors on every call.

The

way you will be selling

Consultative, multi channel outbound across phone, email, and Linked In. Structured sales methodology including SPIN and MEDDIC. Real discovery conversations with business owners, HR directors, and finance directors to uncover genuine pain and book high quality demo appointments for the senior BDM team. Working in Hub Spot with full pipeline visibility and a world class marketing team warming the market for you every single day.

Your

manager

This is worth highlighting on its own. Your manager knows exactly what good looks like and genuinely invests in the people who make it. Several people who started in this exact role are now BDMs earning £80,000 to £100,000 plus. The progression is real, structured, and proven.

The package

£32,500 basic salary. £51,000 OTE uncapped. Commission from your very first appointment with no threshold. Hybrid Manchester, 4 days in a modern office, Fridays from home. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. No evenings, no weekends. Strong benefits including pension, life assurance, and private medical. Casual dress code.

You will be perfect for this if you
  • Have at least 6 to 12 months outbound B2B experience in SaaS or tech.
  • Are confident having consultative conversations with senior decision makers.
  • Have familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
  • Want a genuine pathway into a BDM closing role.
  • Are based in or commutable to Manchester.
