What You'll Get £26,000 base salary Uncapped commission, with realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000 Hybrid working, one day per week from home Exposure to UK and US clients Work closely with the founder and leadership team Full onboarding, sales training, and 1:1 mentorship Regular team incentives and social events, including trips to Chester Races Work for a company recognised for innovation and positive impact What You'll Be Doing Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sales opportunities Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and Linked In Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales reps Work toward daily KPIs and monthly targets Learn the product and market inside-out to deliver real value What Progression Looks Like Senior SDR Account Executive Account Manager or Team Leader Future opportunities into leadership and management roles as the business continues to scale Two current SDRs have already progressed into Account Executive and leadership positions within 18 months, demonstrating the genuine opportunities available for ambitious individuals.
