Position: UK - Growth Lead

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive the agency’s commercial strategy, lead high-value revenue opportunities, and accelerate long-term business growth. This role combines strategic sales leadership, senior stakeholder management, and team development to ensure both individual and departmental success.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape the agency’s go-to-market approach, secure strategic partnerships, and lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close. As a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to the wider sales team, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening the agency’s market position and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial leader who enjoys building senior relationships, leading strategic pitches, driving high-value deal-making, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Lead and close high-value new business opportunities that contribute significantly to agency revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to increase market share and unlock larger-value opportunities
  • Own complex sales processes, multi-channel proposals, and strategic commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers to generate long-term business opportunities
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and commercial growth areas that support agency objectives
  • Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Lead strategic conversations that align client objectives with agency solutions
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals that address complex business challenges and demonstrate measurable value
  • Act as the senior commercial lead on key accounts and high-value opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the sales and partnership lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional services, strategic partnerships, and long-term engagements
Professional Representation
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all client, partner, and industry interactions
  • Represent the agency at conferences, networking events, and industry forums
  • Position the agency as a trusted leader within the digital marketing landscape
  • Contribute thought leadership, market insight, and commercial expertise that enhance the agency’s reputation and credibility
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network that generates new opportunities and strategic introductions
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all sales activity is managed effectively through CRM systems and internal reporting processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking
  • Ensure commercial agreements, contracts, and sales documentation meet internal compliance requirements
  • Continuously improve sales processes, frameworks, and methodologies to drive efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handovers and successful client onboarding experiences
Team Leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance and career progression
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support team members in managing complex opportunities and overcoming commercial challenges
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, development planning, and coaching sessions
  • Share best practices, sales methodologies, and commercial insights across the team
  • Design and implement scalable processes that enable the team to achieve new business targets effectively
  • Foster an environment that encourages innovation, learning, and commercial excellence
