£44,000-£53,000 Neg. + Commission Scheme

Car Allowance & Benefits

• Field sales position selling door screens (for large openings) and architectural door hardware.
• 25% of time focused on winning specifications with façade consultants and architects, and 25% selling into specialist blind and curtain installers.
• 50% of time focused on selling our clients' architectural hardware to joinery companies, joinery manufacturers, OEMs, fabricators and joiners.
• Support the existing UK sales representative by covering North & Scotland (Scotland visits only 2-3 times per annum).
• Inheriting a turnover of circa £500,000.
• 50% of the role is new business prospecting.
• Managing our clients' existing joinery customers (~200; some lacking dedicated field sales representation or dormant).

• Must have B2B field sales experience with building products, windows & doors, facades or related products, ideally joinery related.
• Must have sold to contractors/installers and distribution.
• Ideally with architectural/ façade consultant specification field sales experience.
• New‑business orientated.
• Technical understanding and practical aptitude.
• Joinery industry experience preferred.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Consultative and empathetic.
