Mon To Fri, Full Time.

A successful and constantly growing company is looking for a new Sales Development Co‑ordinator to join their Business Development team. This is a high‑activity outbound role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings for the senior sales team.

• Prospect via cold calls, email and Linked In
• Work warm and cold leads from the CRM
• Research and build your own pipeline
• Map target accounts and identify key decision‑makers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings with full context
• Support scheduling and follow‑up activity
• Work to weekly and monthly KPIs

• Experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development
• Confident phone manner and strong written communication
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with rejection
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
