We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Account Managers

The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supporting their ongoing needs, and identifying opportunities to add value. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will help develop your commercial and relationship management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing business customers
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for client enquiries and support
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase customer value
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Conducting regular client meetings via phone, video, and email
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and account activity
  • Learning the fundamentals of account management, customer success, and commercial growth
