Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Hybrid (near Preston) Overview SDR role at a growing UK MSP, generating new business pipeline through outbound calls, email and Linked In outreach.

Near Preston - hybrid working (2 days from home) Salary: £35,000 basic uncapped commission Job Type: Permanent About the Business A well-established UK managed service provider with over 30 years experience, delivering managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and digital transformation services to ambitious, growth-focused organisations. About the Role An opportunity has opened for a driven Sales Development Representative to join a growing commercial team.
Youll play a key role in building new sales pipeline through targeted outreach and lead qualification, working closely with sales and marketing to identify opportunities and book qualified meetings for the wider sales team. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their SDR career who wants genuine progression within a growing MSP. What Youll Be Doing Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through calls, email and Linked In outreach Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape outreach campaigns and messaging Qualify inbound enquiries and progress them through the pipeline Book qualified meetings and demos for the field sales team Keep CRM records accurate and up to date Share market feedback, objections and competitor insight with the wider team
What Were Looking For Essential:
At least 1 years experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role, ideally within an MSP or IT/technology services environment Confident with outbound prospecting and proactive engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills Resilient, organised and self-motivated Commercially minded with a clear focus on generating pipeline Desirable:
