Are you a Sales Director ready to lead the next phase of growth for a technology business?

I'm working with a growing technology business looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Director to lead its commercial function and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the commercial strategy across sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the board, you'll build and develop a high-performing sales organisation while driving sustainable revenue growth.

The Role
  • Own and execute the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead, develop and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive new business, strategic partnerships and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build a predictable sales pipeline and deliver ambitious targets.
  • Oversee demand generation and marketing activity to support commercial objectives.
  • Maximise customer retention through account development, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide commercial reporting and forecasting to the board.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
What I m Looking For
  • 10+ years' experience in senior B2B sales leadership.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Background selling technology services, IT services or hardware solutions.
  • Experience selling into both enterprise and SME customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • A commercially driven leader who enjoys coaching teams and leading from the front.

  • Senior leadership experience within a B2B technology business.
  • Experience managing sales managers and/or senior sales leaders.
  • A proven history of scaling sales teams and driving commercial growth.
