North West Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales paid monthly) discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £12,000 Benefits: hybrid company car comprehensive benefits packages The role of the Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems purely for the new build market Working on new build projects such as: apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels, care homes & new building housing All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to M&E consultants, specifiers, house builders and M&E contractors Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
