Restaurant Launch Assistant (Flemish/Dutch Speaking)

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data‑led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward.

If you thrive in fast‑paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our European SMB hub. In this role, you’ll be the face of Deliveroo for our newest partners in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, ensuring every restaurant has a seamless transition onto our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Restaurant Launch team. We are centralising our launch and sales development activity into a high‑energy hub to ensure a consistent, world‑class experience for our European Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners.

Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like:

  • Drive Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders.

  • Deliver High‑Touch Service: Use your communication and problem‑solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey.

  • Own the Phone: Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless “handover” for every new partner.

  • Hit Ambitious KPIs: Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English (written and verbal).

  • Communication & Confidence: A strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers.

  • IT Literacy: Comfortable using internal systems and CRM tools to keep partner information accurate and up to date.

  • Resilience: The ability to work to tight turnaround times and navigate complex requests with empathy and professionalism.

  • Team Spirit: A collaborative approach—being a positive influence and someone others genuinely enjoy working with.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or technical support role.
  • A passion for the food‑tech industry and a drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
