CBTax is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new business in Manchester and Northampton. This is an office-based role reporting to the Commercial Director, with an emphasis on learning consultative selling and building a robust pipeline.
You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings with business leaders and C‑suite, using Salesforce and Linked In to structure days and refine pitches, with uncapped commission and the goal of achieving an OTE around £50k in year one.
