Office Manager / Sales Progressor to join a busy, independently owned estate agency. You might have experience as a Sales Negotiator or progressor in Estate Agency looking to step up.

This is a varied role where you'll keep the office running smoothly, supporting the sales team while delivering a first-class experience to buyers and sellers.

• Managing the day-to-day office administration
• Handling new enquiries by phone, email and walk-ins
• Progressing sales from offer through to completion
• Completing AML checks and ensuring compliance
• Supporting the sales team and conducting occasional property viewings

• Previous estate agency experience is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales progression and AML processes
• Proactive, personable and happy to muck in where needed
• Full UK driving licence
