Frontline Sales Consultancy (FLSC) is a fast-growing B2B appointment-setting company based in Preston. We book qualified meetings for businesses across the UK and are expanding our team. We are looking for a confident and target-driven B2B Appointment Setter to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. What you'll be doing:
Making outbound B2B calls to company decision-makers Building rapport quickly and professionally Identifying client needs and presenting services clearly Booking qualified appointments for clients Achieving daily and monthly KPIs Updating CRM systems and providing daily reports Supporting diary management and basic administration This is professional B2B sales (business to business), not consumer cold calling.
What We Offer Up to £27,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure Realistic OTE £30,000 – £35,000 Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends) Monthly attendance bonus Weekly and monthly incentives Annual basic salary increases Paid birthday leave Ongoing training and development Clear progression pathway into Business Development roles Why Work With Us?
