Sales Consultant

We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join our Vauxhall/MG/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep branch in Salford. The role, titled Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, focuses heavily on sales while allowing you to showcase customer‑service skills in a relaxed environment.

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service and go the extra mile.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships from walk‑in to after‑sales.
• Sell the appropriate sales package, from finance to servicing, with integrity.
• Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
• Meet monthly sales targets and customer‑experience standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Stay in touch with customers to offer ongoing after‑sales experience.

• Full driving licence held for at minimum one year.
• Passion for helping people, energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to remember small details.
• Willingness to pursue a lasting and fulfilling career.

Salary: £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car. On‑target earnings £35,000–£40,000 with uncapped potential. Flexible five‑day working week. 33 days of annual leave. All mandatory training provided.
