Working hours:

24 hours per week, including some weekends & Bank Holidays.

Build rapport with customers, understand and meet their needs, and deliver a brilliant customer experience. Use solution‑based selling to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us.
• Always act with good conduct, ensuring customers receive correct and relevant information so they can make an informed decision.
• Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership of meeting their needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics.
• Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines.
• Participate in Vodafone’s security vetting process when required.
