Lettings & Sales Consultant | Manchester City Centre | £25,000-£28,000 per annum + Bonus
Join a growing, independent Estate Agency in Manchester City Centre! My client is looking for an energetic, organised, and professional Lettings & Sales Consultant to help drive their continued success.
The Offer- £25,000 – £28,000 basic + bonuses (OTE £3,000)
- Mon–Fri, 8:45am – 5:00pm with some flexibility for viewings
- Pool car provided for appointments
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales/lettings offers
- Handling tenant applications, referencing, and check‑outs
- Managing diaries, databases, and marketing materials
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Sourcing new business and assisting with valuations
- Professional & Proactive:
Positive "can‑do" attitude, works well under pressure - A People Person:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Capable:
Organised, computer literate, and a quick learner
You must hold a full, clean UK driving license and have knowledge of the local market.
