• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and genuine interest.
• Offer expert advice on the range of mattresses and beds to help customers find their perfect fit.
• Confidently explain product features, benefits, and differences to support customers in making informed decisions.
• Close sales with a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Engage in light upselling and provide product suggestions/recommendations alongside initial enquiry.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting showroom that reflects the brand s high standards.

• Approachable, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Committed to providing great service and comfortable working toward sales goals without being pushy.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
