About the Role

Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They are the main touch‑points with our evolving consumer base and set the tone for our two brands. High standards of customer experience, cleanliness, and product presentation are essential. The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering these standards.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Act as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist in outfit building and make further product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve performance.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation issues are addressed appropriately.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a previous track record within hospitality or retail.
• Is an effective communicator who builds relationships with ease.
• Is a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
• Works well with change, adapting quickly to a fast‑paced environment.
• Is energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
• Approaches all issues with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and acts with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
